Acorn Fund collaborates with case managers and social workers at multiple organizations to help individuals, experiencing homelessness using 100% of donated funds for:

  • Documentation: Drivers license, State identification (ID), and Birth certificates – these allow individuals to apply for work and housing.
  • Required work clothing: non-slip shoes, pants, coats, work boots, etc.
  • Miscellaneous items: gas cards, bikes for commuting, phones, tools, and Christmas gifts.
